Dr. Kate Healy, MD BCh BAO, MICGP, CFPC, is a trusted family physician in the Oakville community and an expert in medical aesthetics. Her passion for women’s health—through every stage of life—shines through in her approach to care. A skilled injector, lifelong learner, and respected university lecturer, Dr. Kate offers advanced aesthetic treatments with warmth, precision, and medical integrity.

Managing Director & Co-Founder

With a career dedicated to community-driven organizations, Ronan Ryan brings heart and strategic leadership to Merrion. As former CEO of the Alzheimer Society of Canada and current Executive Director of the CIBC Foundation, Ronan combines purpose with vision. He’s also a dedicated dad, community board member, and the steady hand behind Merrion’s mission.
