Healite LED Therapy for Pain, Recovery and Acne

Healite is a gentle LED light treatment that may be used to support care for muscle and joint discomfort, recovery after an injury or procedure, and inflamed skin. Our eight-session course uses 830 nm near-infrared light with 590 nm yellow light. Treatment is planned around your concern and medical history, rather than a fixed promise of results.

When might Healite be helpful?

• Muscle and joint discomfort: Healite may offer temporary relief from some types of pain and stiffness. Persistent or worsening pain should be assessed to understand its cause.

• Injury and procedure recovery: Light therapy may be used alongside an appropriate recovery plan to support tissue healing and help manage discomfort.

• Acne and skin inflammation: Healite may be considered as a supportive treatment for inflamed skin. Acne often needs a broader treatment plan, which we can discuss with you.

• Post-treatment care: It may also be used after certain skin procedures, where appropriate, to support a more comfortable recovery.

What to expect from your eight-session course

Each session typically takes 15–20 minutes. The light is directed at the treatment area while you rest, and most people can return to their usual activities afterward. If Healite is used following another procedure, that procedure may have its own recovery instructions.

We will discuss your symptoms and goals before recommending a schedule. Responses vary, and some concerns require treatment beyond LED therapy. We will review your progress during the course and adjust the plan where needed.

The eight-session course must be used within six months of purchase. Appointments can be scheduled flexibly.
